lets freshen up a little

I have come to realize that my xanga is a little stale, it's been sitting for almost two years untouched. Ha.  One time me and a roomate (Chris) purposefully let a loaf of bread sit to see how fungusy (is that a word) it would get over a semester or so.  It was pretty busted.  That's how my xanga is.

For all of you lovers out there who don't know... our church Christ's Fellowship, is now meeting in the YMCA in Downtown Portsmouth.  We are still small, but are slowly seeing some new faces.  Our plans are to do a "community launch" in the Spring.  If you pray, pray for us.  This is exciting, but scary.  I really hope and believe that we will be effective workers in this thing called the kingdom.

Peace,

AC

Yeah it was a good holiday season.   I don't think i have stopped eating since the week before Christmas.  And don't forget Thanksgiving and the ridiculous amount of leftovers.  We got to spend a good amount of time with both families for Christmas including Beth's grandparents.  Perhaps best of all is the first New Years Eve with my wife.  We had a fairly uneventful evening with my parents playing Sequence (guys won), but to start off the New Year right, Beth and I streaked the big field across from my parents.  Good stuff... just like old times and it never gets old...still so invigorating.  Don't get mad get naked!  Lets all get crazy this year in "06".

Happy New Year

It has been a good while since my first and last entry, as if I were going to give regular updates on my life anyways.   I guess a lot has been going on lately, the most relieving is finishing another tough semester of grad work.  Lately I've been working, preaching, playing raquetball, brushing my teeth at least twice a day, flossing about once a week (however scoping for 30 sec is just as good as a good floss), and watching an old lady walk down my street as she meets with another coming from the other direction.  I think they're gangster.

Xanga

Well it is official... once i realize that I am absolutely too busy I find myself doing something like this.

I am at home missing my wife who is out of town for the weekend.  (It would be sweet if this got back to her somehow to raise the status if you know what I mean.)
